rates are $15.00 for 12 months, membership year is 1st January to 31 December.

Members will enjoy the benefits of garden facilities, learning and free workshops (including discounted prices to public workshops), club organisation and social gatherings, insurance coverage, access to water and tools.

During the membership year, general members are expected to contribute to the garden in a way that is suitable for their abilities.

Membership Renewal

Membership renewals are due in January for an annual fee of $15 per household.

Members will enjoy the benefits of garden facilities, learning and free workshops (including discounted prices to public workshops), club organisation and social gatherings, insurance coverage, access to water and tools.

New General Membership Policy: During the membership year, general members are expected to contribute to the garden in a way that is suitable for their abilities. Renewing your membership will be taken as you agree to this change in policy.

Payments can be made in cash at the garden or preferably by bank transfer to the account listed below:

plot custodian membership

We no longer have available plots, but we are still taking names for a waiting list. Please email your interest to northbrightoncg@gmail.com

Benefits of a Plot Custodian Membership:

  • Members will enjoy the benefits of access to an individual plot

  • Access to water and tools

  • Social gatherings and community connections

  • Insurance cover

  • Access to propagated seedlings and seeds

Before you apply, consider that:

  • You must be an existing paid general garden member

  • There can only be one garden plot for each household 

  • Plotholders are expected to attend at least 3 working bees per year to assist with general garden maintenance and development.

Rates:

  • Plot Custodian Membership fee is $45 per 6 months or $90 per 12 months.

  • Concession and pensioner prices are $40 per 6 months or $80 per 12 months.
